Penfield Vassan 2-tone

I guess this was on Selectism two days ago. I missed it. I stumbled across this jacket while on the Penfield website today. Finding myself increasingly curious towards outerwear the past couple of days. Probably because the weather has been shit and my jackets do nothing to keep me warm so I end up layering everyday. Decently priced too. I'd like to pick something like this up. Probably wait until next season though.

Adidas Nizza High

It's been a very longtime since I have seen any sneakers that really catch my eye. I'm excited with the direction that Adidas is taking these days. They are releasing way more fresh shit than Nike is in my opinion.

Our Legacy 6 Hole Lace-up Boot

Yet another alternative to the desert boot. This time a high version with six-hole lace-up. It keeps the same silhouette as a DB but offers a more outdoor aesthetic. This is probably my ideal height for a boot, anything higher and it becomes awkward with jeans. I have to agree with the earlier post on thicker soles, I am more partial to thinner soles such as these.

Self Edge x Iron Heart

I am really feeling this flannel. It is refreshing to see something different than the usual plaid patterns.

YMC Suede Monk Strab D-Boot

Generally I prefer leather over suede not just for looks but also functionality. However, I find the suede and crepe sole go really well together. The monk-strap is the best part, definately a cool detail setting it apart from the sea of desert boots on the market.
